In this episode I interview Clay Lunny. Where we discuss proper breathing and its impact on pain and performance. Clay Lunny is California born and raised. LA wrestling rings is where he spent most of his days. Former Inde Luchador turned Certified Personal Trainer once transplanted to Colorado Springs. Clay traded his lucha mask and baby oil for a stop watch and wedding ring. Now married with children and putting his family first along with successfully owning and operating Alchemy Body Conditioning LLC. While Coaching he blends strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning with brain based neuro science to maximize prime results. His mission is to take what we do through exercise and make it serve a purpose by increasing our ability to live the life we want for ourselves. He feels no one should be held back from doing what they want to do because of what they think their body is limited to do. He changes lives by taking an integrated approach to the whole body and its current abilities in order to move forward into a stronger and healthier future.
